Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Cancellations must be received in writing - mail, email or fax - to Family Business Australia Cancellations will not be deemed to be received until you have written confirmation from Family Business Australia. If you have not received acknowledgement within two business days, please contact the relevant state Executive Officer.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Events In the case of a cancellation, participants are required to inform the event department at FBA in writing of their inability to attend. A full refund of registration fees, less a cancellation fee will be made to any participant canceling one month prior to an event. Alternatively a substitute delegate is acceptable. All refunds will be processed after the conference. Refunds for cancellation beyond this date will be at the discretion of the committee and may not be available.

Returns & Refunds

FBA provides extended warranties for all our products. However you are entitled to implied conditions as set out by law under the Fair Trading Act 1999 which gives you specific rights thru Consumer Affairs Victoria FBA is always pleased to resolve any issue to satisfy the customer.
